Vitamins
Vitamins are organic compounds, that are vital for the regulation of cell metabolism functions and for the freeing of energy from food.
Vitamins are divided into vitamins soluble in fat and soluble in water. Vitamins soluble in fat (lipophile vitamins) remain in the body for a relatively long period – for months or even a year. On the other hand vitamins soluble in water (hydrophile vitamins) remain, with the exception of vitamin B12, in the organism for a short time.
VITAMIN B6:
- Helps in the creation of red bloodcells as well as protein in cells. Also helps to release energy from the energy stores of the organism.

- Has a favourable effect on reconvalescence after operations and helps heal wounds.
