Our toasted wholegrain wheat flakes are produced using a special production process where only the whole grain (and not wholegrain clour) is used. This process of "one grain, one flake" means that each flake retains all of its natural nutritional goodness including high fibre content (over 10,5 % or 1/3 RD), high mineral a vitamin content. Our flakes are also toasted to give them a crunchy texture and stron cereal taste.
This combination of our crunchy wheat flakes delicately coated with delicious chocolate and yoghurt coatings has created a deliciously tasty and deceptively healthy snack that can be eaten anywhere at anytime.
