BMI (Body Mass Index) is a system that is regularly used when assessing what weight is correct for a person (also when assessing obesity and metabolism syndrome)
Calculating BMI is simple and anyone can calculate this according to the following formula:
BMI = BODY WEIGHT (kg) / HEIGHT (m2)
