Growing of wheat, quality of seed, treatment during growing season and after harvest, etc., conform to the Act No. 242/2000 of the Collection of Laws of the Czech Republic

Products

• They are crunchy and they have unique look and finer structure which is suitable for dry consumption. Can be added to various types of porridge, flavoured with fruit, nuts or chocolate.

• They have unique look and they are crunchy. They differ from SLIM LINE flakes in more solid structure which is ideal for consumption with milk. The product can be flavoured with fruit, nuts, and sultanas, etc.

• Why bother with consumption of classic oat flakes? Now there are crunchy toasted oat flakes here!
• The only product of this type on European market: these flakes differ from the classic ones in uncommon look and above all in crunchy structure.
• Crunchiness of flakes has been achieved by the process of careful cooking. Oat treated in this way is easily digestible with nutrients maintained without losses.
• Flakes have been pressed into the shape of lamellas and dried on a special device. That is why they are also suitable for dry consumption which is almost impossible in case of classic oat flakes.

• Buckwheat flakes are unique flakes with the typical buckwheat flavour. You can consume them directly without any further preparation.
• They are a good source of rutin which helps to maintain the flexibility and general healthy state of arteries and veins.
  These flakes are also suitable for coeliacs diets.

Control of BIO Raw Materials Suppliers

• We carry out regular internal audits of our suppliers of bio raw materials
• Wheat flakes coming from BIO production are delivered to our customers together with the Declaration of BIO origin
• Upon receipt of a BIO raw material from a supplier, input control is carried out
• Production and registration of BIO food products conform to the requirements of the Council Regulation No. 2092/91 about ecological farming
• The Ministry of Agriculture of the Czech Republic and control offices of the Ecological Farming Control Authority participate in the control system in the Czech Republic,all processing companies are checked at least once a year

Certification

• Production and registration of BIO food products conform to the requirements of the Council Regulation No. 2092/91 about ecological farming
• Fulfilment of requirements and conditions for the bio products production during the certification audit carried out by a control body
• Products are marked with the certification logo used to mark bio products
• All procedures as well as the documentation accompanying the purchase, production control, check of products, dispatch and sale of finished products with BIO marking are included in the planned quality policy ISO 9001:2000
• BIO products manufacturing process is controlled in the company by the certified HACCP system
